Mr. Maina Mburu holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the Moi University, and also possesses a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He previously worked for M/s Yano & Co. Advocates between 2005 & 2007 after which he established Mburu Maina & Company Advocates in August 2007.

He has since established the firm and tirelessly worked towards the growth and success of the firm to date: whilst committing to high standards of legal practice and professional growth.

He is a distinguished professional with over 14 years of experience in various fields of law with demonstrated ability to competently represent client in both contentious & non-contentious matters.

Mr. Langat holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and also possesses a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He has over 7 years practice experience and heads the Eldoret Law office and oversees all its activities and ensures the firm achieves the highest possible standards of excellence and quality service to all its clients. He is in charge of the Civil and Criminal Litigation department in the Eldoret Office with proven experience in Banking Law, debt recovery, Election Laws, Probate and Administration Law and Conveyancing among others.

Mr. Thiro sits in the firm’s Nairobi office and has experience in handling matters relating to Environmental Law, Debt Recovery, Mergers and Acquisitions, Partnerships and Company Law. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Miss Ali holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the Islamic University in Uganda and also possesses a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She sits in the firm’s Nairobi office where she has gained over 3 years practice experience in all areas of Law. In addition, she is in charge of the firm’s ISLAMIC BANKING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT. She is also a team leader in corporate litigation and conveyance.

Mr. Cheruiyot handles the Environment Law, Family Law and Insurance Law dockets in the Nakuru office. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and also possesses a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Mr Cheruiyot is also an experienced litigator in the fields of Banking, Real Estate and Commercial law.

Miss Kosgei holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and possesses a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She sits in the Firm’s Eldoret office and is well versed in and handles matters in the realm of Environmental Law, Family Law and Commercial Law. She is also a good litigator and researcher where she has been instrumental in the generation of legal opinions relating to Client cases.

Mr. Ojou heads the Nakuru office. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and also possesses a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. His practice areas include Civil and Criminal Litigation, Conveyancing, Banking Law,Commercial Law, Debt Recovery, Probate and Estate Administration Law and Family among others.
